SENKUF-BR is a result-oriented, rationally balanced Terbutaline Sulphate + Guaiphenesin + Bromhexine HCl + Menthol Syrup by Senen Biotech as part of its general range. Every 10 ml of SENKUF-BR contains Terbutaline Sulphate 2.5 mg + Guaiphenesin 100 mg + Bromhexine Hydrochloride 8 mg + Menthol 5 mg. It’s a four-in-one combination that eases the productive cough that comes with bronchospasm.
It loosens up the mucus with the help of guaiphenesin and bromohexine, relaxing the contracted bronchial muscles due to the presence of terbutaline sulphate and provides a soothing and relieving effect on the throat due to the presence of menthol. Dosage and Administration

Precautions and Warnings
- Only use under the direction of your Doctor.
- Tell your doctor if you are allergic to Terbutaline, Guaiphenesin, Bromhexine, or Menthol
- It must be used with care in patients with hyperthyroidism, diabetes, heart trouble, heart rhythm disorders or raised blood pressure
- Do be careful in patients with a peptic ulcer as Bromhexine may increase irritation of the gastric lining
- Should not be used during pregnancy or whilst breast-feeding unless your Doctor directs it
- Do not use with other beta-agonists, MAO inhibitors or tricyclic antidepressants unless prescribed
- Careful when taking this medicine in children and the aged and patients with impaired kidney or liver function
- In some cases, you may feel drowsy.

- Do not use this medicine in children of the age described on the label without a doctor’s advice
